Always professional, and the quality is outstanding

I can't begin to explain how wonderful my experience was with Jose and his company, Modern Industrial Furniture.
From the custom requests in manufacturing to the special requests concerning delivery timeline, together with the quality product which was delivered as promised, the entire process was flawless. Jose communicated as required to schedule delivery around an out-of-town conference which I was required to attend. Everything was professional, and the product is true old-school craftsmanship.
Everyone who has seen this beautiful furniture, including the guys who carried it from the garage into the house, have asked where I got it.
I'm trying to find something else that I need at this point.

This is the second piece I’ve purchased from MIF and I can’t be happier. The furniture is top-notch from both looks and quality, fitting my needs perfectly. What you see is what you get and both pieces I received came expertly packaged and shipped with no surprises.

I had been looking at this desk for a year or so. We were in the process of building our forever house and this desk would be the center piece for my office. I finally placed the order and received the desk. I fit perfectly into the space. The picture does not do it justice. I still have some cleaning up to do of the office. The desk is sturdy and well made. The customer service is great. The were very responsive to my emails during the waiting period. Great company. Will probably order some other things later.

This desk is very well built and really heavy! The quality is everything I was hoping and would definitely purchase from Modern Industrial Furniture again! Was worth the wait!

As luck would have it my dresser was first delivered to me as damaged by the shipper so I had to send it back. But Jose went above and beyond to make things right, took a little longer to get my finished dresser but in the end it was well worth the wait. Would recommend this company to others and look forward to getting another piece from them.

The item showed up as planned, based on sellers stated lead time, and in great condition (packaging was stout and protective. Unique look; love it!

I'll post pix soon, but wanted to share that this is one my favorite things I have ever bought. The quality and construction are impeccable. The communication with the creator was timely, helpful, and informative. This was a custom piece and they nailed it. It fit perfectly and is so functional. The item was packaged carefully for shipment - the best I have ever seen. My only issue which has nothing to do with the cabinet, communication, or packaging. It was the shipping company. If you are in the New England area, expect issues once your piece leaves the studio. Other than that, I'm hoping to order more!

I don't know why it took this long to write my review as Jose and I worked together back in 2019 on designing this desk for my studio. After buying a piece of his around 2016, I always liked his work. When it came time for something more unique I knew reaching out to Jose and knew he was what I needed. At the time I envisioned a bridge style design and talked to Jose about it. he didn't have anything like it but he loved the idea and sent over three really nice designs. We both liked this version of it and he went to work. In addition since this is for my audio recording studio I also wanted him to add a sliding rack for my midi piano under it, and small speaker stand for my center speaker to fit perfectly over my monitor and an upright rack for my outboard equipment. I gave him the dimensions and he nailed it perfectly. The attention to detail was more than I was expecting and having had this desk since 2020 and the TV console since 2016 I can say his work stands strong.

Bought the Sentinel, and added in a custom mirror frame. The crew did an amazing job. Great at communicating and working with me. Everything went smooth. I will be ordering more.

Packaged very well, too. Great communication, very helpful and would buy from again. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment of this piece!
